Personal, Commercial, and Non-Profit Use

Every byte of data on neferchichi.com is registered with the Library of Congress and as such is protected by the United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You must treat all content of neferchichi.com as any other copyrighted material such as computer software or books.

Usage permissions are determined by the manner in which the clip art and/or fonts from neferchichi.com are to be use. If you are not sure whether your intended use is personal, commercial, or non-profit after reading the guidelines below, e-mail me with an explanation of your intended use and I'll let you know.

Personal Use
Used in your own personal or school projects, such as book reports, stationery, and personal web pages. You may not use the clip art and/or fonts for any commercial purpose including but not limited to: advertisements; creating web pages for any business or money-making effort; logos, business letterhead, business stationery; T-shirts, posters, stickers, or any other item you wish to sell or get paid to create; graphics within software; packaging for any product. This includes any derivative works that are created from the clip art and/or fonts on the CD or on neferchichi.com. A teacher who buys one of our CDs with his or her own money falls in this category, but an order paid for by a school district is considered non-profit (see below). In summary: if Neferchichi's clip art and/or fonts are involved in financial gain, then it isn't personal use.

Commercial Use
Used for any commercial purpose including advertisements; creating web pages for any business or money-making effort; logos, business letterhead, business stationery; T-shirts, posters, stickers, or any other item you wish to sell or get paid to create; graphics within software; packaging for any product. This includes any derivative works that are created from the clip art and/or fonts on the CD or on neferchichi.com. In summary: if Neferchichi's clip art and/or fonts are involved in your financial gain, then it is commercial use.
